Parcel Tracking Made Simple

DPD Tracker is a free, independent website that helps people across the UK track their DPD parcels, understand delivery updates and sort out delays without the stress.

Who We Are

We’ve all been there. You order something online, get a tracking number, and then spend the next two days refreshing a page that just says “In transit”. That frustration is exactly why we started DPD Tracker.

DPD Tracker is a small, independent website run by people who shop online a lot. We are not DPD, and we are not owned by, sponsored by or officially connected to DPD Group, DPD UK or any other courier company. We’re simply a helpful guide and tracking tool for everyday customers in the UK.

What You Can Do Here

  • Track your DPD parcel – enter your tracking number and see the latest delivery status in seconds, on mobile or desktop.
  • Understand tracking statuses – find out what “At hub”, “Out for delivery” or “Delivery exception” really means.
  • Fix delivery problems – step-by-step guides for delayed parcels, tracking that hasn’t updated, missed deliveries and parcels marked delivered that never arrived.
  • Know your options – tips on changing delivery dates, choosing a Pickup Shop and contacting the right people.

Why People Use DPD Tracker

Most people don’t want to read a long help centre article or wait on hold. They just want to know one thing: where is my parcel, and when will it arrive? That’s what we focus on. Our site is free to use with no sign-up, our guides are written in plain English, and we review them regularly so the advice stays accurate for UK deliveries.

How Our Tracking Information Works

Tracking updates depend on the courier scanning your parcel as it moves through its network. If a parcel hasn’t been scanned for a while, the status may not change – even though it’s still on its way. We can’t change, speed up or redirect a delivery, and we don’t have access to your personal order details. For claims, redelivery or address changes, please contact DPD directly or the retailer you bought from.

Our Promise to You

We’ll always be honest about what we can and can’t help with. We will never ask for your bank details, passwords or payment to track a parcel. If you receive a message asking you to pay a “redelivery fee” through a strange link, be careful – it’s a common scam. When in doubt, go straight to the official courier website.
